Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Support Administrator will work as part of the sales team to promote successful sales engagements with customers and prospects. 

Common Responsibilities for this position include: 

  • Support a dedicated Account Team in all pre-sales initiatives, including but not limited to: vendor registration, quote and proposal preparation, renewal tracking, and communication facilitation between vendor partners and IP Pathways sales staff.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in all efforts to standardize, organize, document, and any other effort to improve performance and productivity.
  • Contribute to CRM data management to ensure accuracy.
  • Input all sales support data into CRM system.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Computer proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM; intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus.
